Do I book online, or can I just walk in?
You can book online or walk in. We would suggest booking online to reserve your space.
The credits will stay on your player card for a year from when you purchased the card.
Yes, you will be able to use your credits in any Urban Fun location.
You can log into your account by going to ‘book now’ > ‘My Tickets’. This will show you all bookings you have made with Urban Fun.
Yes, food is served all day, and alcohol is served from 12pm.
No, all Urban Fun venues are cash free.
No, outside food cannot be consumed inside any Urban Fun venues.

Do we need to arrive early for our booking?
We would suggest that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking.

Yes, we encourage all ages to come and experience the fun. *Please note: After 9pm, any under 18s need to be supervised by an adult. Under 12s must be supervised at all times

Sunday – Thursday 10am to 10pm. Friday – Saturday 10am to 12am.
You can log into your account by going to ‘book now’ > ‘My Tickets’. Here you can make any changes to your booking.
Bonus credits are an added extra that you can use on any of the yellow game readers.
No, Urban Fun are not responsible for supervising any children. Please ensure all children arrive with a responsible adult.
The time player cards work on any of the yellow readers, we recommend one per person.
All your tickets are loaded automatically onto your player card. You can redeem your prizes instore at our prize hubs, or online on the GamerGreen app. You can download this from the app store.

What type of parties do you cater for?
We have a range of parties and events, including kid’s parties, group parties and corporate parties. Please see below the link below to view the brochures.

The minimum number of guests is six for all types of parties and events.
There is no age limit to any of the parties. Be aware kid’s parties come with a kid’s meal.
Yes, you can bring in your own birthday cake. However, Urban Fun do not have the facilities to store your cake.
Do parents need to stay for the ki's parties?
Yes, there need to be responsible adults at the party to supervise the children.
No, however you can add food to your party for £10 per person.
We can host up to 300 people for Reading and up to 500 for Kingston.
