What’s included in a kids' party package?
Our kids’ party packages include game credits, a meal, and a drink for each child. You can also add extras like goody bags and birthday cakes to make it even more special!
What age range are the kids' parties suitable for?
Our kids’ parties are perfect for children of all ages! We offer a variety of games and activities to suit different age groups, ensuring fun and excitement for everyone.
Can parents stay during the party?
Yes! Parents are welcome to stay and enjoy the fun or relax in our food and drink area while the kids play. We also offer reserved seating for party groups.
How do I book a kids' party at Urban Fun?
Booking is easy! Contact us via our website or you can use the book now button on this page or on the menu to book directly. Early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
What are your opening times?
We’re open Sunday to Wednesday: 10 AM – 10 PM, Thursday: 10 AM – 11 PM, and Friday & Saturday: 10 AM – Midnight.
FOOD ORDERS AND FOOD ALLERGIES
When you book online you can input your food orders at checkout. If you want to change your food orders, you must email info@urbanfun.net at least 10 days before your party.
Any food allergies or dietary requirements need to be emailed to info@urbanfun.net at least 10 days before your party.
Can we arrive early to play before the party starts?
Yes! You’re more than welcome to come and enjoy the arcade before your booked party slot begins. Just note that the reserved party table will only be available during your scheduled time.
When will the food be served?
Food will be served after your play time! We can be flexible with this, if you let us know in advance!
How long do we have the party table for?
Your party table is reserved exclusively during your booked time slot. After that, the table may be needed for the next booking—so please plan accordingly.
Can we bring our own food or snacks?
We kindly ask that no outside food or drink is brought into the venue, except for a birthday cake.
Can you store our birthday cake until it’s time to serve it?
Unfortunately, as part of our policy we do not store or refrigerate birthday cakes. You’ll need to keep it with you and manage it on the day. The cake will be your responsibility and can’t be handled by any of our staff members. Should anyone fall ill before, during or after consuming the cake not bought on our premises, Urban Fun will hold no responsibility or liability.
