Do I book online, or can I just walk in?
You can book online or walk in. We would suggest booking online to reserve your space.We provide a corporate party package, including game credits, food, and drink deals. Whether it’s a team-building day or a celebration, we tailor the experience to suit your needs.
Do we serve food and alcohol?
Yes, food is served all day, and alcohol is served from 12pm.
What are your opening times?
Urban Fun Reading is open Sunday to Thursday 10am – 10 pm, and Friday & Saturday 10am – midnight. Kingston Upon Thames is open Sunday to Thursday 10am – midnight and Friday & Saturday 10am – 1am.
What type of parties do you cater for?
We have a range of parties and events, including kid’s parties, group parties and corporate parties. Please see below the link below to view the brochures.
Is Urban Fun suitable for all ages?
Yes, we encourage all ages to come and experience the fun. *Please note: After 9pm, any under 18s need to be supervised by an adult. Under 12s must be supervised at all times

Can I use my credits in different stores?
Yes, you will be able to use your credits in any Urban Fun location.
Is there any age limit to parties?
There is no age limit to any of the parties. Be aware kid’s parties come with a kid’s meal.
