The promoter is Funbox Entertainment UK Ltd, trading as Urban Fun, Unit 60A, Carnaby Industrial Estate, Lancaster Road, Carnaby, Bridlington, YO15 3QY (“Urban Fun”).
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Urban Fun, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
To enter, entrants must click the competition link or scan the QR code displayed at an Urban Fun venue or on promotional flyers, then submit their email address and telephone number.
The prize draw opens at 00:00 BST on 24 July 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 30 August 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries, entries made using multiple identities and automated or bulk entries will be disqualified.
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a verifiably random process.
The winner will receive £200 of Urban Fun credit, which may be used towards activities, player cards, food and drink.
The prize is specific to the Urban Fun venue associated with the winning entry. Credit won through the Reading competition may only be used at Urban Fun Reading. Credit won through the Kingston competition may only be used at Urban Fun Kingston.
The prize must be booked in advance and all bookings are subject to availability. Any amount exceeding the £200 credit must be paid by the winner.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or resold. No cash or other change will be provided for unused credit.
The winner will be notified by email on 31 August 2026 using the email address supplied when entering. Entrants are responsible for providing accurate contact details and checking their inbox and junk folder.
The winner must respond and claim the prize within 14 days of the notification email. If the winner does not respond within this period, is ineligible or cannot accept the prize, Urban Fun may withdraw the prize and select another winner at random.
The voucher will be valid for six months from its date of issue. The prize must be booked and used before the voucher’s expiry date. The validity period will not be extended except at Urban Fun’s discretion.
Urban Fun will use entrants’ email addresses and telephone numbers to administer the prize draw and contact the winner. Entry does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications. Any marketing consent will be requested separately and will be optional.
Urban Fun may disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, unlawful or otherwise breach these terms.
If circumstances outside Urban Fun’s reasonable control make it necessary, Urban Fun may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion, provided this is done fairly and does not unfairly disadvantage entrants.
Urban Fun’s decision regarding the administration of the prize draw is final, but this does not affect entrants’ legal rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants may bring proceedings in the courts applicable to the part of the UK in which they live.
