Our kids’ party packages include game credits, a meal and drink for each child. The party table is dressed with an Urban Fun coloured tablecloth*, and each child gets to take home a balloon too!
Please note: game credits are valid for 12 months, so if they don’t all get redeemed on the day, guests are welcome back anytime to play their remaining credits.
If you want to bring in your own decorations, please notify us in advance.
Our kids’ parties are perfect for children of all ages! We offer a variety of games and activities to suit different age groups, ensuring fun and excitement for everyone.
Yes! Parents are welcome to stay and enjoy the fun or relax in our food and drink area while the kids play.
Booking is easy! Contact us at info@urbanfun.net, click the Book Now button on this page or call our Bookings Team on 07745 500779. Early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
Monday & Tuesday: 11.00am – 8.00pm
Wednesday: 11.00am – 9.00pm
Thursday: 11.00am – 8.00pm
Friday: 11.00am – 10.00pm
Saturday: 10.00am – 10.00pm
Sunday: 10.00am – 7.00pm
(Queens Walk entrance only after 6pm)
When you book online you can input your food orders at checkout. If you want to change your food orders, you must email info@urbanfun.net at least 7 days before your party.
Any food allergies or dietary requirements need to be emailed to info@urbanfun.net at least 7 days before your party.
Whilst there won’t be a dedicated party host, our team will be on hand on the day should you have any questions.
Hit the arcade with your credits first, with food to follow!
If the kids have any credits left, they’re more than welcome to head back to the arcade after eating!
Your party table is reserved for up to 1 hour for the food service. After that, the table may be needed for another booking, so please plan accordingly.
With the exception of a Birthday Cake, no outside food or drink are permitted on the premises.
Unfortunately, as part of our policy we do not store or refrigerate birthday cakes. You’ll need to keep it with you and manage it on the day. The cake will be your responsibility and can’t be handled by any of our team members.
Yes we do! Each party table will be dressed with a tablecloth, and a balloon for each party guest, in an assortment of Urban Fun colours.
We will also provide paper plates if you bring in your own cake.
If you plan to bring in your own decorations, please notify us ahead of time.
