Starting your adventure at Urban Fun is easy. We use credits. Credits are loaded onto player cards. To use your player card, all you need to do is tap your card onto the reader of the game you want to play! Kind of like a contactless card — tap to play as you go. The more you play, the more game tickets you earn to trade in for amazing prizes. Test your skill in thrilling games like Whack N’ Win, Pop The Lock and Ticket Dome. Every game is a chance to win big

Our kids’ party packages include game credits, a meal, and a drink for each child. Some of our packages also include party bags and an activity.
If you’d like to bring along your own small items to add to the party bags on the day, you’re very welcome to do so.
Our kids’ parties are perfect for children of all ages! We offer a variety of games and activities to suit different age groups, ensuring fun and excitement for everyone.
Teen party packages are also available and are perfect for kids 12+
Yes! Parents are welcome to stay and enjoy the fun or relax in our food and drink area while the kids play. We also offer reserved seating for party groups.
Booking is easy! You can book directly through our website using the Book Now button, or by emailing us at info@urbanfun.net . Early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
We’re open Sunday to Wednesday: 10 AM – 10 PM, Thursday: 10 AM – 11 PM, and Friday & Saturday: 10 AM – Midnight.
When you book online you can input your food orders at checkout. If you want to change your food orders, you must email info@urbanfun.net at least 7 days before your party.
Any food allergies or dietary requirements need to be emailed to info@urbanfun.net at least 7 days before your party.
Yes! You’re more than welcome to come and enjoy the arcade before your booked party slot begins. Just note that the reserved party table will only be available during your scheduled time.
Food will be served after your play time! We can be flexible with this, if you let us know in advance!
Your party table is reserved for one hour during the food service. After that, the table may be needed for the next booking, so please plan accordingly.
With the exception of a Birthday Cake, no other outside food or drink is permitted in the venue.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to store or refrigerate birthday cakes. You’ll need to keep the cake with you and manage it during your visit. The cake will remain your responsibility, and our team members are not able to handle it at any point.
