Whether it’s your first time at Urban Fun Kingston or you’re a regular visitor, we’ve put together all the essential details to make your experience smooth, exciting, and stress-free.

Do i need to book in advance?
No, there’s no need to book in advance*. However, if there’s a specific activity you want to do, advanced booking is advised to avoid disappointment.
 
*Parties and packages require pre-booking – please contact our team at info@urbanfun.net
Activites that require booking (either in advance or on the day) include: Ice-Free Curling, AR Darts, NeoShuffle, Karaoke, Mini Golf & Duckpin Bowling.
No, your arcade credits can be used on the arcade machines and pool tables. 
The credits will stay on your player card for a year from when you purchased the card, or until redeemed.
Yes, you will be able to use your credits in any Urban Fun location.
You can log into your account by going to ‘Book Now’ > ‘My Tickets‘. This will show you all bookings you have made with Urban Fun.

Yes, food is served all day, and alcohol is served from 12pm.
No, all Urban Fun venues are cash free.
No, outside food cannot be consumed inside any Urban Fun venues.
Do we need to arrive early for our booking?
We would suggest that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your booking.

Yes, we encourage all ages to come and experience the fun!

Please note: Due to licensing regulations, Urban Fun Kingston is strictly 18+ from 9pm

Sunday – Thursday 10am to 10pm.
Friday – Saturday 10am to 12am.
You can log into your account by going to ‘book now‘ > ‘My Tickets‘. Here you can make any changes to your booking.

Please note: In order to receive a refund, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your booking date.
No, Urban Fun are not responsible for supervising any children. Please ensure all children arrive with a responsible adult.
All your tickets are loaded automatically onto your player card. You can redeem your prizes instore at our prize hubs, or online on the GamerGreen app. You can download this from the app store.

What type of parties do you cater for?
We have a range of parties and events, including kid’s parties, Teen parties, group and corporate parties.

Yes, our packages all come with a minimum number of guests. This varies depending on the package.

There is no age limit to any of the parties, however Urban Fun Kingston is strictly over 18’s only after 9pm.
Yes, you can bring in your own birthday cake.
Due to Health & Safety regulations, we are unable to store this for you, so it will remain your responsibility on the day. 
Do parents need to stay for the kid's parties?
Yes, there need to be responsible adults at the party to supervise the children.
